Little bit about us
We are a small studio for maximum 10 clients in Pilates, Health excercise and Yoga lessons.
We are focused on providing high quality exercise and individual approach to each client.
The purpose of our pilates and yoga lessons is not only to strengthen and relax our body, but it is also about relaxing our mind. Because of regular practice we secure balance of our body and mind.
Mutual meetings and transmission of energy encourage us and give us joy and happiness. We take care of our body and health, we take care of ourselves, as we believe each of us deserves it. We enjoy each moment.
Pilates and Yoga is intended for healthy women, men and children of every age.
We practice our exercise bare and in comfortable clothing.
